How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation online by clicking on any of the reservation or you can call our office at 509-448-0997.

Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are highly recommended, but not required. Online reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise please make your reservation by phone, (509) 998-4424 or out of area, (866) 998-4424. During peak times, space may be limited, so call ahead.

Where do you pick up and drop off at the airport?

Our drop off point is the curbside baggage check-in of the desired airline. Our pick up point is outside the baggage claim of your airline. After you collect your baggage, just step outside to the curb and we’ll be waiting for you.

How do I pay?

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You may pay the driver or prepay at the time of reservation.

How do I cancel my reservation? Is there a cancellation fee?

Simply call (509) 998-4424 / (866) 998-4424 to cancel. A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations or a $25 processing fee will apply. During high peak times of the year, additional cancellation fees may be applied.

Can I bring a family pet with me?

Yes. Your pet must be in a pet carrier. There is an extra charge for oversized carriers.

Does the service charge include the gratuity?

No. The quote we will provide to you includes only the service charge. The suggested gratuity for the driver is 20%.
